What is the start-up fee? |
$150.00 (£100.00) one off registration fee, 1 month facility in advance and 1 month refundable deposit (tax will be added to these charges where applicable).(see tariffs for different service packages) |

What is the registration fee for? |
This enables us to set up your service by pre-paying for your dedicated phone number, e-mail account, office files, system administration and mail room account set up. |

How long does it take to set-up? |
Within 1 hour from receipt of completed documentation and cleared funds. |

What does my monthly subscription include? |
See tariffs. Typically for the Gold service @ $150 per month (£100 per month) it includes your personal telephone number, centre fax number, remote access voicemail, web based personal e-mail address, business address, access to equipment and hot-desk, unlimited telephone answering and mail handling. |

Will I have the key to the office? |
No. The facility operates like a hotel, on a reservations system for short stay clients. The room you use today may not necessarily be the same room you use next week. |

What is the minimum term of my subscription? |
The minimum term is 3 months and thereafter 1 month notice See Terms and Conditions for details.. |

Are there any extra costs? |
You only pay for what you use, see tariffs. We charge for re-routing telephone calls to you (answering is free) or re-sending post. Other extras include secretarial services, meeting rooms, video conference, photocopy etc. |

Can I switch between service packages? |
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your service according to your use. You are also able to move your account between different locations. |

What standard are your premises? |
Our standards are very high. The interiors of are Centres are consistent with the prestige of the locations we are in. You may view a video of a premise. |

Do I need to have any equipment to maintain my service with you? |
Landmarks service is geared towards the international business executive. The product assumes that you are comfortable with technology and always contactable via the phone or the Internet. |

Will my calls ALWAYS be answered in my company name? |
Yes, your number is computer tagged with your name. The receptionists will see your company name and profile when your clients call. |

What if I have clients wishing to meet me in my office? |
We have boardroom and meeting room facilities, which can be booked and charged out by the hour. We also have special packages that include a set number of hours per month. |

What if someone 'turns up' at my office wishing to see me? |
The receptionist would ask if they had an appointment and simply state that you were out of the office at the moment. Very much as she would if you were in fact based here and was out of the office or in a meeting. |

Will a meeting room always be available? |
We operate a flexible diary reservations system. If you book 72 hours in advance, we can usually guarantee availability. |

The platinum service includes a number of hours free for meeting room use. Must I use them at the same time? |
No, we are flexible. You may use them in 15 minute segments, however we are not able to carry over unused hours into the next calendar month. |

Can I receive e-mails and faxes? |
Yes, both facilities are available as standard. You may also browse the web from the Centre See our hot desk service.. |

Do I need to bring my own equipment? |
Landmark has a range of office equipment for your use. You are however advised to check with the relevant Centre or via the Virtual Assistant if you require specialised equipment. |

What are your hours? |
The office is open between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and by arrangement at other times. The switchboard takes calls between 9.00am and 5.30pm. We are able to divert calls directly to you outside these hours, if you require. |

Can I work from the Centre? |
Yes. You can browse the web, access your e-mails, make calls, send faxes, post letters and deal with correspondence from our 'hot-desk' points within the Centre, free of charge (subject to availability). |

Can I come in anytime? |
Yes, it is your office. Use of most of the facilities are free for gold or platinum members. However, use of the meeting rooms attract an extra charge. |

Will my clients know this is a virtual office? |
Not necessarily. The Centre is not branded and all Landmark's customer service representatives are polite and discreet. |

There are several people working for us who may receive calls. Will this be a problem? |
No. We can programme several speed dials for each account in the same company name. |

How do you identify my staff or me? |
Every client has an account number and password. You may be asked to quote these. |

Will my caller know that the call is being transferred externally? |
No, the calls are transferred using a 'speed dial' system and their phone bills etc will only show that they called your dedicated number |

Can I sometimes have calls forwarded to me but occasionally change my instructions? |
Yes. If you are going to be unavailable just call and let us know. We will then take messages until you call again to let us know that you are now available. |

I don't really want to speak to my callers at all. Is it possible to say that I am away from my desk and take a message? |
Yes. We can take 'name and number' messages and place them on your personal voicemail box. If your caller wishes to leave a more detailed message we can put them through to your mailbox for them to leave the message. |

Do I have to come into the office to retrieve my messages? |
No, you can access your mailbox remotely using the personal PIN numbers which will be allocated to you, or via the Landmark web-site. |

Can I receive my messages when I am in another country? |
Yes. If you have access to the Internet. You can use the 'Landmark Virtual Assistant'. This is a web based PA, secretarial and reservations system. |

Can I interact with other clients? |
Yes. We have a forum for all clients to market their services to each other as well as the outside world. It is effectively a global business referral network. Membership is free. |

| If I need to have a letter typed in a hurry is it possible to have this done? | Yes, we provide secretarial services and administrational back up. These services attract an additional hourly fee, in 15 minute segments. You can simply dictate your instructions over the phone and we will arrange everything else. | ||
| Are refreshments available? | Yes, tea, coffee and water are free when you serve yourself. There is a small charge for other beverages. We also have catering packages arranged should you require refreshments/meals served during your meetings. | ||

How are my bills calculated? |
Your bills are calculated monthly in advance for your facility subscription and monthly in arrears for any extra 'pay-as-you-use' services. |

How do I pay? |
You can pay by monthly standing order, credit card, bank transfer or cheque. |
