PERSONAL PROFILES MIRRIAM GRANT My name is Mirriam Grant and I am a 21 Year Old lady. I have been an employee of Landmark Virtual Offices for 2 years now. My role at Landmark consists of a variety of duties such as general office admin and supervision, invoicing, customer services and reception management. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit and therefore visit my local leisure centre 2-3 times a week to use the gym. I believe I am organized, reliable and creative when faced with a challenge. My colleagues think I have a great sense of humor and purpose. My friends would say I am helpful, caring and kind. Clients may describe me as professional, confident and competent. ANDREA TRIPPI I am a 20 year old all American lady of Scicillian decent who likes to read, shop, and relax. I am a customer services representative working out of the Landmark New York offices. I enjoy working in an organized and friendly environment. My hobbies are reading, shopping, talking with my beloved mother, and going to shows. I like enjoying myself and dislike acts of selfishness. I am articulate, punctual, loquacious, determined, level headed, accurate, outgoing, easygoing, friendly, hard working, cautious, organized, neat, and detail oriented (even if I say so myself). My job entails the set-up, operation an supervision of the online secretarial service. If my friends were describing me they would probably say that I have an incredible personality, very much a people''''s person, very reliable and a good motivator. I thoroughly enjoy meeting people from different background, cultures and nationalities and consider myself totally lost without my novel, as I am an avid reader who enjoys the feeling of being in another world. KATIE MCMAHON My name is Katie McMahon, I joined Landmark Offices about a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the steep learning curve and multi level client interaction. My main duties here are telephone handling, reception management and general administration. I enjoy my job and the experience as it gives me a feeling of independence, interest and satisfaction. In my spare time I like to go out and socialise. I am keen on swimming, horse riding and gymnastics and enjoy reading a variety of books. ROSALIND GREEN My name is Rosalind Green; I have been working for landmark for just under a year. My job tittle is customer services representative which gives me the opportunity to deal very closely with a variety of Landmark clients. In the short time I have been at Landmark I have learnt teamwork and interpersonal skills, together with customer relation management skills. I am young and ambitious with a keen interest in keeping fit. Clients would describe me as professional, polite, patient and sociable. I would describe myself as energetic, kind and friendly. Friends would say I am easy going with very few dislikes.
